Our Story & Philosophy
Nestled along Galicia’s wild and beautiful coastline, the Beachfront Surf & Holiday House is more than a place to stay — it’s an invitation to experience the region in a genuine and meaningful way.
Our home in Villarrube is a family project, deeply rooted in personal history. Alexandra’s father grew up in this village, and part of our family still lives in the region today. This long-standing connection to Villarrube shaped our desire to restore and share a home here — not as outsiders, but as guests returning to a place that feels like home.
As we are only able to spend part of the year in Galicia, we chose to open our doors and share this remarkable region with others — thoughtfully and responsibly. From surf stays and yoga retreats to quiet moments of rest by the sea, every stay is designed to reflect our respect for the land, the culture, and the people who live here.
